This was in the presence of Major Hamdy Osman, Governor of Isamilia, Dr Atef Abu Alnour, Dean of Suez Canal University, Lieutenant-Colonel Mohamed Samir, governorate military advisor, and directors of the Education Directorate of the three cities of the canal.
During the ceremony Admiral Mohab Mamesh said that the premise of educational development is one of the pillars of cultivating the Egyptian mind, and the best approach to development in Egypt. The political leadership is striving to promote this. It relies on the development of education, regarding it the most effective tool in the development of manpower, releasing their potential and creativity, and transforming them from the burden to the most important element of production. Manpower is the most important element of production, in addition to the fact that the human resources in Egypt are a treasure that must be taken care of in order to bring up mindful human beings. Education is also the basis of all development processes and without it developmental plans won’t succeed in Egypt.
